A. I live and work in South Africa. And whoever told you it is a good idea to start a business here really needs their head checked properly.

South Africa's business economy is busy sinking.. So would really not suggest it. If you really wana start something good, start a motorcycle repair shop in South Africa. There are not too many of those, and they are in high demand. Any cellular and networking ideas you have won't work. Trust me. Many of them have liquidated in less than a year.

A. You can have the license and start the business in the near future-You will only file business taxes which are suppose to be done quarterly when your business makes money-Sometime businesses take time because of business plans and finance
